Contributing to the whisper repo

Hello

Thank you for making this speech recognition model open source. I see that this repo is relatively new. I am trying to understand the code and I will hopefully see the areas where I can start contributing. However, whilst I do that, I was wondering if you are actively looking for developers to contribute in any specific areas. If so, I will be interested to know so that I can look at focusing my efforts in those areas.
