Output of 'whisper --help' has strange line width breaks

When I run whisper --help, I'm seeing strange character length limits per line that's causing the output to be spread out over many lines. This is the output from Colab. Does everyone else get that? Is that a bug in either Colab's or Whisper's output formatting?

I see the same behaviour on Colab. I don't see this on my local machine in a normal shell, or in jupyter.
