OBS Whisper Plugin - LocalVocal: Livestream Transcription

I built https://github.com/obs-ai/obs-localvocal an OBS plugin that uses Whisper to transcribe in real-time the streamers speech and do all sorts of things with the output, e.g.

• Display it on screen
• Send it as CC 606/707 to the livestream e.g. on YouTube or Twitch
• Save it to file as .srt for recordings done in OBS
• Send it to other sources on OBS for further processing

What an amazing technology! So many opportunities for innovation!
