How to use playground of whisper to transcribe mp3 file

Hi, I am confused about how to exactly work the playground to transcribe files. I tried

I have the file downloaded on my local computer and I don;t know what I can do to make it work. I looked into uploading the file, but the only uploads it takes are jsonl files
