Can someone help me out pls...I'm getting error on transcribing the audio in realtime

So, i'm trying to take the audio input and then send it to the whisper to transcribe, and i want it to convert the speech to text,

here's my code:

I don't know in detail about these stuff, GPT is also getting mad,
