Help with Installing and Running WhisperAI

This is the message that I get when I try to run an audio file through whisper. I have just installed Python, Pytorch, Chocolatey, FFMPEG, and Whisper, but it's not running the way it did on my previous computer.

Can anyone help with this?

EDIT: I figured it out, PyTorch was outdated and not letting me update it.
