Whisper with Websocket (for Live Streaming Overlays) and OSC

A small tool with connectors to OSC and Websocket.

OSC so far is only useful for VRChat, automatically writing the recognized sentence into the in-game Chatbox.

Websocket is mostly useful for Live Streaming Overlays.
I included a small overlay example html file as well.
