Whisper / Subtitle Edit: audio.flac: No such file or directory

I've trying use Whisper in subtitle edit, and I did it last week installing it manualy, but I updated Subtitle Edit today and I had to install whisper.cpp. So, I couldn't use whisper anymore. I received "no text found!" message.
I've trying install everything again manualy, but that is what returns to me.

Do you mean SE updated to 3.6.10? Do you need cpp version? If not, right click on "CPP" in the whisper dialog and select php version. Next time it should work like 3.6.8.
From there you can copy the whisper command (from F2 log) to a command line to see if it's a whisper issue or not.
"No text found!" error in Windows SE is a separate issue and has been reported but no solution I'm aware of (check SE issues page). That should be raised as in issue on SE Issues page.

You could also use 3.6.8 as portable version and check with it too.

Thank you for your answer. Actually, I uninstalled 3.6.10 because I didn't know how to reverse it. I couldn't find it "If not, right click on "CPP" in the whisper dialog and select php version. Next time it should work like 3.6.8." So, I reinstalled 3.6.8 version and it works.

In 3.6.10 you can right click in the dialog box and you'll see the selection.

You should be able to go back and forth.
BTW, whisper.cpp always loads when whisper is selected, but the actual selection is done as shown.
It doesn't mean you are necessarily using cpp unless you select it.
