Is Whisper built on top of TF?

Well, I have given a look at the code and I honestly would say: NO!

But, I was trying chatGPT and I asked.

This is the answer:
"Whisper is built on top of TensorFlow, so it can leverage the power and flexibility of this popular machine learning framework."

Probably, the reason is that Whipser doens't appear really in the docs on which chatGPT has been trained. Too recent.

"OK. I have checked. It seems to me that Whisper is based on PyTorch. Are you sure?"

This is the answer:

"I apologize for the mistake in my previous response. You are correct that Whisper is based on PyTorch, not TensorFlow...."
