Hi!

First; thank you, thank you, thank you to open the source code and more important, your voice model!

We are testing Whisper and we are very, very impressive with the results.
We have take the decision to implement Whisper inside Dédalo workflow. We've been waiting for long time to find a good voice model and... whoaaaaaaa!! Whisper models are very accurate to achieve valid transcriptions!, we test it with English, Spanish, Catalan and French and, well, it's not perfect, but it's a very very good first version and we are sure that it will help to researchers to do quality transcriptions.

We are finishing the V6 (in beta state) and we will implement Whisper in the release candidate (January) and, of course, to the final version.

Dédalo is a long term project, it born in 1998, to build a Cultural Heritage manage system, it's open source. Some Dédalo projects are Oral Memory archives and there manage large interviews (~1 or 2 hours +) in different languages to build investigations about Democratic Memory, Ethnology, Society, History, Woman, etc.
