Powershell++ (Version : 0.4.0) task has not started

This is an issue with Powershell++ task in VSTS build. We have a perfectly working Powershell code written in the task. This is working most of the times in the VSTS build. Sometimes the powershell task has not been started at all. It is getting stuck until the VSTS build is timed-out and the task is getting cancelled.

At the end we have below error.
##[error]The operation was canceled.
##[section]Finishing: <>

Any help would be appreciated.
