Add support for Samsung Galaxy S5 mini (#453)

I got the LineageOS images from
https://androidfilehost.com/?a=show&w=files&flid=64356 and TWRP image
from https://dl.twrp.me/kminilte/

It is a copy of `klte.yaml` with minor changes to adapt to the kminilte
model.

It works for me
