Setup DB Backups for OC Explore

There are currently no automatic backups. We (elan) are already on it, just wanted to create this issue to track it/don't forget it.

Internally some people wanted to develop a general backup solution (ansible role?), but as far as I know, nothing happened yet. Certainly not regarding OC Explore. I did backups manually yesterday, but no automatic solution is installed yet.
