Show original “submitter” in the main event table #1424

Copy of opencast/opencast#1546 as per opencast/opencast#1546 (comment), because I don't think this is implemented, yet. Note, though, that I retain none of the context I had when I created this.

Currently, there is no easy way to find out who originally uploaded/scheduled an event, especially for many events at the same time, i.e. as part of the main events table.
At least for uploaded events you can find that information for an individual event by going to the "Workflows" tab in the event details and looking at the "submitter" of the first workflow that ran on the event. I don't know what this would show for scheduled events, though. 🤔
Anyway, putting that information somewhere more accessible, optimally as optional column in the events table, could be useful.
