PROJECT: Refine search as it is (admin UI OC 19)

1. Aim/description
To solve the issues some adopters had due to the (necessary) changes made to search in the admin UI.

2. After the issue has been created, please use project fields to the right to categorise your project:
There is no dedicated funding (necessary), scope might be Small and we aim to have this for OC 20

3. Additional information
There is supposed to be at least one issue for this but I cannot find it - someone please add this.
