Ingest additional datasets

This follows on from issue "#1: Implement code to download "core" datasets for NGED ML research".

NGED data:

• power generation from ~1,500 generators on NGED's network
• which primary substation each generator is connected to
• basic electrical connectivity
• "switching events" spreadsheets

Weather data:

• CERRA (reanalysis over Europe. 5.5 km, hourly. Download both the ensemble & deterministic datasets if that's easy to do)
• CM SAF

Hi @yuvraajnarula, thanks for your interest in this project, but this project is in its very earliest stages, and I'm still laying the foundations. So I'm afraid this project isn't yet suitable for open contributions, I'm sorry. I wouldn't want to waste your time contributing to a project where there's still a lot of code churn, and things are changing rapidly. I hope this project will be open to contribution in the next few months.
