Update PVLive consumer for new GSPS

New Gsps regions boundaries, are goin to be release soon

3 GSPs are being split into 6

Context

• we need this data for the forecaster (the capacities are needed)
• the UI needs the generation data
• moving over data-platform, we will put this into solar-consumer

Possible Implementation

• when we pull the data for one of these removes gsps, pull the 2 gsps and added the results together
• we also need to update the N_GSps to 348

Role out on current database

• update pvlive code
• deploy on development with api0.solar.sheffield.ac.uk
• check values are being added to the database
• role back to api.pvlive.uk
• deploy to production

Data platform

• update solar consumer code
• add new gsps in data-platform
• deploy on dev
• deploy on production

New gsps

• pull new gsps on dev
• pull new gsps on production

Still need to do update the solar-consumer, to get more GSPS and add geometriy into data-platform

• increase tagged to 1.3.3 and make a PR
• Should increae N_GSPS to 348 aswell from 342
• PVLIVE_DOMAIN_URL to api0.solar.sheffield.ac.uk

We have deployed on dev the new pvlive-consumer and moved over to api0.solar.sheffield.ac.uk to check it works.

Need to check in database that the values for the old gsps are appearing

v1.3.3 did not work on api0.solar.sheffield.ac.uk, there seemed to be no yield values. THis was due to their server being down. It now works
