Allow flexibility for sun features

We have decoupled sun position from target in ocf-data-sampler, but the model creates sun shapes based on default history parameters in the model config and GSP resolution, we should add flexibility to allow it to match input data.

Hi @AUdaltsova The sun feature dimensionality is hard-coded in LateFusionModel
(self.sun_fc1 uses 2*(forecast_len + history_len + 1)).
This assumes sun history/forecast lengths match model config, which conflicts with the decoupling done in ocf-data-sampler.

I’m currently exploring how to align this with sampler-provided sun tensors. I would like to work on this issue. Can you please asssign it to me.
