It would be nice to have option for different decriptions

Currently we have one app descriptions.

It would be good to have a folder of descriptions that we can then select when we deploy.
This could be a dir of descriptions and then in the config using a env var we select which one we want.

This will help us use quartz-api to be general, but also have specific things of certain API that we use

My plan is to create a descriptions/ directory and use an environment variable (e.g., DESCRIPTION_FILE) to select the specific text file.

Quick question: Do you have a preference for where the descriptions folder should live, or should I just place it in the project root?
