Decide on default historic window + add to docs
Context
- Its currently set in here and N_HISTORY_DAYS is set to 2 here.
- This means the start window default is, now - 2 days, then rounded down to 6 hours.
- Note API might slowly slightly differently behavour if at cross over point and different data is cached either before the 6 hour limit, or afterwards.
Possible Implementation
- Add to docs what the default behaviour is
