Feedback: forecast/gsp/all slow

Since 2025-09-08 the forecast/gsp/all route is a bit slower.

it would be good to understand why this is and try to solve it

Looking at RDS, we can see a chagne on 2025-09-08

Using

We have not had extra users start pulilng the data on the 8th. We have

• 2 users who pull every hour
• 1 users pulls eveyr 30 mins
• 1 user pulls every 15 mins
• 1 user who pulls ~1.5 minute
