Dear All,
I have written a simple method to extend the dynamic FBA protocol for a single species presented in the COBRApy tutorial to a dynamic parallel FBA of a community of species, which does not require any modification of the current COBRApy package. The method is described in the ArXiv article https://arxiv.org/abs/2509.08263, and jupyter notebooks that show its implementation for a few test cases can be found at https://github.com/dgattiwsu/dpFBA-with-COBRApy.
