Description

Design an official winner certificate for Effervescence event winners, following the Rangara theme while maintaining formality and prestige.

Balance cinematic flair with certificate credibility - it should look official enough to put on a resume but beautiful enough to frame.

📋 Must Include Placeholders For

• "CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT" or similar header
• Effervescence logo and branding
• Winner name (large, prominent)
• Event name
• Position (1st/2nd/3rd)
• Date
• Two signature lines (Dean/Fest Coordinator)
• Fest edition year

• Must Use: Your brand system from Phase 1
