i18n: Spanish translations batch (288 strings, 94% complete) (#12371)

* feat(i18n): translate 288 Spanish locale strings

Replace English-identical values in es.json with proper Spanish
translations covering KYC, exports, fiscal hosting, payment methods,
contributions, and dashboard UI strings.

* chore(i18n): add Spanish IGNORED entries and update locale progress

Register intentionally identical es strings (Visible, Legal, ID, etc.)
and refresh Spanish completion to 94%.
