Testing the API Flow

1. User auth flow of the API ie oAuth testing
2. When the user is created for the first time, set the profile values fetched and is created on the background.
3. Create a bounty with issue associated with the Jira Link.
4. Create the endpoint for the Application to recieve from github bot.
5. Make a funding test on the bounties.
6. (This feature needs development) Integrate stripe payment .
7. User submits PR (test that we recieve at our end )
8. Once the PR is closed the bounties status changes to payout mode.

Lets make these issues seperate so that we can test all of them individually
