Add resources links to footer or bottom left

Per discussion on the list with @zendril, we want to add resources (listed below) to the footer (in tiny type) or a resources button (with sublinks) on the bottom left.

I'll PR them in after #9 gets merged.

• Dev Meeting weekly time (with link to calendar ica)
• uberconf link
• Link to the mailing list (?)
• Link to slack channel(s)
• Overall link to main github (perhaps move it from the top to just on the left
• GH links to the primary specs
• Issue Tracker

Please add others as you see fit.
