Search by Name and Tracking ID not working in "My Draft" Workqueue

Summary

Search functionality inside the "My Draft" workqueue is not returning results when searching by:

• Name
• Tracking ID

This makes it difficult to quickly locate draft records created by the logged-in user.

Current Behaviour

Inside the "My Draft" workqueue:

• Searching using a valid Tracking ID returns no results.
• Searching using the record Name (e.g., child name for birth event) also returns no results.
• The record is visible when browsing the workqueue manually.
• The issue appears isolated to the My Draft workqueue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as a user who has created draft records.
2. Navigate to My Draft workqueue.
3. Ensure at least one draft record exists.
4. Use the search bar:
   • Enter full or partial Tracking ID
   • OR enter full or partial Name
5. Observe that no results are returned.

Expected Behaviour

Search within My Draft workqueue should:

• Return records when searching by valid Tracking ID
• Return records when searching by valid Name
• Behave consistently with other workqueues (e.g., Ready for Review, Assigned to You).
