Clean up redundant PinPoint related roles

During development of Cognito + Pinpoint integration some extra roles were created which have been made redundant due to use of the AWS Provided managed role `cognito-idp.amazonaws.com/AWSServiceRoleForAmazonCognitoIdp` . Remove these extra roles when PinPoint support is fully validated in all production environments.
