Document end-to-end installation of data mesh on an OpenShift cluster #38
Description
In order to transition the project to FINOS, we will need an end-to-end and step-by-step deployment documentation in the repository. Ideally this should be done by someone who has not done the install before with guidance in order to be sure that anyone can reproduce.
