Implement OpenShift-CI TestGrid publishing #10
Description
OpenShift CI has support for TestGrid: https://docs.ci.openshift.org/docs/how-tos/add-jobs-to-testgrid/. We should investigate if this meets our requirements/needs around exposing test results over time. If it does, we should implement it. (That can either be a follow-up issue or as part of this issue)
