RHAIENG-2348: chore(shai-hulud): reinit the git-crypt with new pull-secret.json and delete the secrets we no longer need (#2756)

* NO-JIRA: chore(shai-hulud): clean up ci/secrets to remove outdated secrets

* NO-JIRA: chore(shai-hulud): delete the current secrets too

* notebooks/ci/secrets/pull-secret.json

* NO-JIRA: chore(shai-hulud): reinit the git-crypt with new pull-secret
