Permission / License Inquiry for Earth-Agent code

I hope you are doing well.

I’m currently working on a project that builds on top of Earth-Agent (https://github.com/opendatalab/Earth-Agent). I greatly appreciate your work on creating this framework 🚀 — it’s been very helpful for my research.

I noticed that there isn’t a LICENSE file included in the repository, so I wanted to confirm the licensing terms before publishing my own modified version of the code on GitHub. Specifically, I’ve reused some parts of Earth-Agent’s source code and added new modules/evaluations.

Could you kindly let me know:

1. Does Earth-Agent have an official license or intended open-source license?
2. If not yet, would you be open to granting permission (e.g., under MIT/Apache/GPL or similar) for reuse and modification?
3. Are there any terms or conditions you would like me to follow when publishing a derivative work?
