Improve redirection (when connection lost or reopening the app)

• When the user has already established a successful connection, this should be remembered and reestablished when the app is launched.
• When connection to proxy is lost, show a page with error details and try to reconnect.

Both apply to current implementation for Windows (the landing page exists).
