Language documentation?

As openD makes changes to the existing old D project, I think we need to document the changes for the language so that our fellow programmers know about it. Right now we have the big dlang.org repo, https://github.com/dlang/dlang.org where there is a lot of documentation regarding the language and standard library. Are we going to to copy the dlang repo or parts of the dlang repo in order to present an OpenD documentation for the user?

Yeah, we should probably copy it over and modify on top of it. I hate the ddoc mess of nonsense they use but we can't have nothing and redoing it i think is gonna be a pain...

Would it be interesting for openD in the future to provide an open-book (like rust-book) in addition to the documentation to attract beginners?

I've never looked at that but yeah, probably nice. There's Ali's book upstream i've heard good things about but never read myself either.

I wrote a book once tho and prolly won't again it takes FOREVER.
