Adding Open Graph sharing metadata deprogram certificates so they look good on social media. FIXES: APER-3403
* adding more tests for the functionality * fixing a couple of tests because of the new metadata * updating the dummy translations

Just so I can understand better, which view does this modify: the program cert itself or some other UI within the social media site? |

the metadata that this adds to the program certificate will get read by the social media in order to generate a pretty card if you post your certificate URL, so doesn't actually modify the program certificate, but it modifies how it displays. You can actually add open graph metadata to any website: https://ogp.me/ |
