Replace of injectIntl with useIntl() part 6

Description

Replace all usages of the deprecated injectIntl HOC with the useIntl() hook from @edx/frontend-platform/i18n.

@bradenmacdonald I have refactored this file src/files-and-videos/generic/EditFileErrors.jsx as well but there is code coverage issue for the code which I did not touch.
