[Ulmo] "You've made some changes" dialog keep appear after saving

In the latest Ulmo release, after I made some changes in grading and save, the UI of the dialog keep appear and the website doesn't reload, even though the status returned are all 200. After I refresh the page then the updates appear with no issue:

Thanks for reporting this bug. Just to confirm, the changes are actually saving, and no data is lost?

As far as i can see, no data or any parts got affected by this change.
I also record the logs for you to look deeper, which contains saving and reloading inside CMS. The command i used is
tutor local logs -f --tail 0 | tee -a updated_logs.txt
