Exam Attempts table

• default sorting is by username
• Overflow menu actions:
  • [NEED CONFIRMATION] If there is an error, user can Resume or Reset
  • If there is no error, user only sees "Reset" option
  • If a user clicks "Reset" a confirmation dialog appears: "Are you sure you want to remove this student’s exam attempt?"
