Fix/document overrides for config presets #105
Description
There don't seem to be any docs with instructions for overriding config presets. frontend-build has instructions but those fail for frontend-base ("export" errors).
There seem to be many ongoing migration tasks and it would be much easier for some newcomers to help out if there were instructions for overriding certain dev values, like webpack-dev-server.
