Removed new-relic-source-map-webpack-plugin imports/requires from all webpack configuration files. Cleaned up plugin configurations and related code. Removed any associated New Relic source map upload functionality

This PR is being closed for now until the following issue can be addressed: This ticket is a stand-in for a Draft DEPR. Either way, this can be used to collect notes/comments without committing to implementing the DEPR. |
