Deployment ID from LTI store configuration is not used in launch #611
Description
Reusable LTI configuration in LTI store allow users to input deployment_id. However, this value is NOT seen in the launch. Instead the LTI consumer XBlocks's default deployment_id value of 1 is used in the launch.
This is misleading and will cause the integration to fail if deployment_id of 1 is not set in the tool.
It would be nice if we can ensure that deployment_id set is the LTI store is the one that's used in the launch.
