Auto-updater improvement quest

This is a meta-issue to track the remaining tasks to finish the auto-updater improvement quest.

• Check for ABI compatibility
  • Update current usages to the new ABI (even if it's the same, use the same files)
• Deploy locally and test with push-release server
  • with current node auto-updater
  • with new node auto-updater (Auto-updater improvements parity-ethereum#8078)
• Clean up operations dapp (https://github.com/paritytech/operationsproxy/)
• Check what data needs to be migrated from current deployments
• Deploy on Kovan
• Deploy on Mainnet
• Update repo and README according to contract development guidelines (ABIs, addresses, etc.)
• “Lock” master branch and move all development to the develop branch
• Create skeleton project for new contracts (setup for testing, linting, ci, etc.)
