Unify headers #293
Description
The current heading system is inconsistent: some titles are nouns, some others are +ing, some repeat “OpenFisca” while already in the OpenFisca documentation.
- Remove all mentions of “OpenFisca” in headers.
- Choose a system and apply it.
- Document system in CONTRIBUTING.
