Hunger Games only shows overly compressed images

What

• Hunger Games does not show the original images. Instead it shows images that have been rescaled and highly compressed, often to the point of being unreadable.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Start the Android app.
2. Click on "Communa..." button ("Community" button in the bottom left corner), then "Hunger Games".
3. Play the game and zoom into an image with lots of text.
4. The text will look very fuzzy and will be hard to read.

Expected behavior

• Either show the original images or provide a way to view the original image.
• For instance the web version of Hunger Games now has a "Load Original" button when popping up the main image (see https://hunger.openfoodfacts.org/questions?type=label&value_tag=en%3Agreen-dot). Alternatively this could also be an application setting, potentially one that automatically uses the original images when on WiFi.

Why

• Whenever a user is unable to answer a question OFF loses important information.
• Asking too many questions that cannot be answered risks discouraging contributors.

In the screenshot below Hunger Games asks about the "Ohne Gentechnik" label. Those who know what this label looks like may be able to recognize it but others will have to resort to reading the text, which is essentially unreadable (I can make out "Ohne" but I cannot claim to be able to read the line below).

Yet in the original image this text is perfectly readable.

@fgouget In the question card, we display whatever Robotoff provides us, which may be a 400 image.
When you click on that image, you go to a "full screen" image display, that reuses the same image.

As a fix, we may:

1. display the full version of the image in the question card
2. display the full version of the image in the full screen page
3. display a magnifier icon on the image in the first question card, to make it obvious that there's something interesting there

@fgouget I've run some tests.
The problem is that a full image can be VERY big, and it can (and it did) crash the app.

For instance

• 300x400, 34kb - https://images.openfoodfacts.org/images/products/316/205/001/9917/front_fr.5.400.jpg
• 3024x4032, 1873kb - https://images.openfoodfacts.org/images/products/316/205/001/9917/front_fr.5.full.jpg

A solution would be to open the full image in an external web browser:

• they surely know how to manage pictures, including zoom and scroll, in an optimized way
• they're not likely to crash
• the "switch app" standard feature in the smartphone OS makes it easy to go back to the actual question text if needed

It looks like 2 is not possible (unless the app is fixed so it can handle bigger images).
I'm not sure I understand 3. Displaying a magnifying glass button on the full screen image to open the original image in a browser would already be a big usability improvement.

That would mean 2 clicks from the question card.
I would recommend going directly to the web browser from the question card.
