New relic, fix third party monitoring on au_prod

Description

Australian production server doesn't have third party monitoring setup, or it's broken.
Third party monitoring is accessible in New Relic via Infrastructure -> Third party services

It would be good to check all production and staging server are also reporting data :

• au_prod
• au_staging
• ca_prod
• hu_prod
• ie_prod
• in_prod
• nz_prod
• uk_prod
• uk_staging
• uk_staging2?
• us_prod
• es_prod
• fr_prod
• fr_staging
• de_prod
• be_prod

Expected Behavior

Australian production report data for :

• redis
• postgres

Actual Behaviour

Australian production is not reporting data for redis and postgres
