Players currently rely on Discord to coordinate before a match (teams, rules, ready checks, problems, etc.).

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a simple in-lobby chat panel so players can:

• Talk while waiting for the game to start
• Confirm rules and teams
• Tell the host when they’re ready or if they have issues
