Support XSLT outputs other than XML

The XSLT transformer only supports writing XML. Additional types (e.g., text/plain or application/json) should be supported.

The actual type of the result would be defined in the transform configuration. The transfomer should read that and, if it's XML, then do what it's doing now (parse and pretty-print), and otherwise simply output the textual result.
