Relax Requirement 11

Requirement 11 provides values for the built-in SRSs. It has come to our attention that a software package is using the string Undefined instead of undefined here and that this is causing a test failure that I would consider quite trivial, if not pedantic. If we relax the abstract test for this case to perform a case insensitive comparison and update the executable test accordingly, then this test failure would go away.
