Remove rdfs:member and rdf:Property for OWL 2 compatibility

For compatibility with OWL 2, the following terms should be removed from the RDF representation of GeoSPARQL:

• rdfs:member
• rdf:Property
  These both introduce mixed typing which is incompatible with OWL.

rdfs:member should be replaced by a proper object-property - such as geo:member.
rdf:Property can be deleted, leaving the types owl:DatatypeProperty, owl:ObjectProperty .

We could also remove rdfs:Class for some kind of consistency.
