Sporadic Data Loss After Push – Photos and Line Features Disappear

We have recently started measuring fiber optic projects with QField and at irregular intervals we keep experiencing data loss during the push process

• The first type of data loss concerns only photos. For example, we map a fiber optic route as a line element and add one or more photos via a field, push it and when it is synchronized by another device or from the host, the photo has disappeared and only the path remains in the data field. If you push or synchronize it again, it can sometimes happen that the photo reappears. However, this may only happen on the other device and on the original device on which the photo was taken, it disappears after synchronization and can no longer be restored there. Confusing!
• The second variant concerns the Line elements and the photos. They are pushed and everything disappears and can no longer be put back. On the internet in the cloud, this is simply displayed as an ERROR, but we don't know how to fix it correctly and are also wondering why this is happening at all

All these errors occur sporadically and destroy valuable work that then has to be laboriously reworked. We are happy about any help on this topic.
